Grete Riseng
Textiles, performance and sculpture.

For the last 2 years she has worked on the project A Room Without a Door. The intention of the project is to create a presence in- and with consideration for the nature that we currently overconsume. With the help of silk and movement, Grete wants to raise awarness of the consideration and care that she herself has experienced through her work with outdoor performances, and give more people this opportunity to see nature with new eyes.

Grete Riseng (b. 1967) holds a BA and MFA in Medium- and materialbased art from Oslo National Academy of the Arts.

Erle Saxegaard

Sculpture, installation and performance

Erle works mainly with sculpture and often use an interdisciplinary practice, where the central focus is the movement of the body in encounter with sculptures in relational, participatory projects. Her works explore different forms of communication between humans and sculpture. An idea that objects come alive through our interaction with them is central.

Erle Saxegaard (b. 1991) is a Norwegian artist based in Oslo, Norway. She holds a BA and a MFA from Oslo National Academy of the Arts.

Matias Frøysaa

Sculpture

Matias works with sculpture, installation and furniture. Objects and spaces are made as open invitations, both to himself and others, to explore how different ways of interaction define its purpose.

Matias Frøysaa (b. 1992) is an visual artist based in Oslo, Norway. He received his BA in fine art from Tromsø Academy of Arts in 2022.

Silje Kjørholt
Performance and sculpture


Silje  works with clay in performance and sculptural expressions. At the core of her practice is the connection between the body and the ground. Sometimes using clay as a proxy for her own body, she traces experiences where physical and emotional gravity meld together. For her the duality of clay as a safe and fatal force in the landscape, mirrors the intimate bonds between people.

Silje Kjørholt (b. 1990) is based in Oslo and Akershus. She received her MFA in Medium- and materialbased art from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts. She previously worked within the civil soceity sector, which continues to inform her artistic practice.

Ole Petter Riibe
Sculpture, installation, performance and archive


Ole Petter works with folk phenomena and urban farming activities. He runs the artist-based archive Folkearkivet - which collects, documents and contextualize folk- and everyday art. He often collaborates with locals, amateurs and young groups in creating inviting, odd and empirical installations or performances. As an urban farmer, he focuses on educating and engaging children to observe, explore, care for and preserve city-close wildlife and nature.

Ole Petter Ribe (b. 1995) is based in Oslo. He holds several BA´s from both Oslo National Academy of the Arts, The Norwegian Institute for Children´s Books  and Volda University College. He is currently taking a MA in Urban Farming at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.




Henrik Nordahl
Sculpture

Henrik Nordahl  works with a variety of techniques and materials, often linked to the construction industry. His works draw inspiration from these environments and he look at the relationship between humans and the material world. Nordahl's working process is intuitive and he looks for inherent properties in the material that can drive the process forward. It’s important to him that the work communicates the sensibility and responsibility/reactivity of the material.

Henrik Nordahl (b. 1992) has a bachelor's degree in graphic design & illustration from the Oslo National Academy of the Arts and a master's degree in fine arts from Parsons in New York. He has had solo exhibitions in both Oslo and New York, and has participated in group exhibitions both domestically and aborad. Nordahl  is a board member of Lørenskog Kunstforening and is also the co-founder and board member of Fosskok Samvirkelag, a newly started cultural initiative in Lørenskog.
